Server is based on supporting Russian players and cose of lack of English knowledge by the Admins and majority of Russian players on server they do not care for English speaking population.

1 of examples: letting Russian people to BOT free http://www.metacafe.com/watch/4882693/qqmore_pela_and_zeiss_caught_botting/ after giving all proof of them boting they ended up not banned.
2 nd example: during epic raid boss server restart announced on Valakas hp 30% and after restart manual teleport in different locations inside of Valakas lair.
3 d on any comments given forward to: "why do you do this?" directed to gms, you get respond Chat ban since that is how do they communicate with English population (stated above they lack of knowledge of English language)

If you not a Russian with allot of $$$$ or a friend of Administration, do not start to play there. As for Redplay Russian clan, i can add they got to much connection with Admins and few members moderate the forum so there for the privileges and this is only thing that people know, who knows what is hidden.
